Belladonna has been selling some of her amazing crochet creations at a local craft fair.

Easter things are now on the shelves! 😂
Actually probably realistically just selling out from this past Easter but with how early "they" put things out, seemed like it might be time for thinking about Easter, you are done with your Christmas shopping, right?

We went on an amazing field trip to the International Crane Foundation. There are 15 different species of cranes in the world and all 15 are represented only here in Wisconsin.

This was the only one that didn't come out. The plastic decoy is his friend so he doesn't get too lonely. Cranes will pick mates for life but if people pick them, they don't always get along, so the couple was split up.

Love the "hairdo" on this one!

Whooping Cranes were nearly extinct and down to 16 in the whole world but they are now up to 798. And they do reside naturally in Wisconsin as do Sandhill Cranes. We have some that nest here on our property. Love to hear them in the mornings!

This "puppet" is actually a way to feed and introduce cranes into the wild so they are not used to people therefore not domesticated.

We stopped by Ski-Hi apple orchard on the way home.
