St. Patrick's Day

 We aren't exactly Catholic Cuisine which is one of my favorite blogs.  It's our annual Reuben sandwich meal for St. Patrick's Day.  That said, I heard corned beef and cabbage (saurkraut) is not exactly Irish but who knows.  I know, I know, what are tortilla chips and salsa doing on the St. Patrick's Day plate? 

And then we stooped to the lowest common denominator in baking and bought the Pilsbury Shamrock Cookies.  But when you see the Blessed Trinity on a cookie... I think it should be supported. :D
