Happy Birthday Galadriel!

On our way home from New York. To bide the time because the train was late... of course... Amtrak passed out hats and water.

The day after we got back Eowyn had to go up to camp (as a counselor). After attending Mass we went to Red Robin for some french onion soup and a pile of onion rings... and a root beer float.

Apparently a tornado went by in a nearby town causing havoc at the camp site.
On the way home, I met the family at Belladonna's house for a camp out dinner.... and tree climbing... and s'mores.

 Bloomin' lilies
Poppy has over-exceeded the amount of books for the library's summer program, accumulated a bunch of new books (too bad many are twaddle).

 102 meat chicks arrived!

 chick condos

Pippin is starting to really enjoy taking the horses out.

At the end of the week I went back to pick up Eowyn with Eleanor.

One of the Abbe's carved this beautiful coat of arms.

Stopped again at Red Robin for a bit of a rootbeer float and a few other nibbles.
Next was a tournament. (you'll notice we take few photos of these all the time)

Merry got first in everything (forms, sparring, combat). Pippin got 1st in forms, sparring, combat and a 2nd in weapons. I got a first in sparring and 3rd in forms and combat.
Set up a turkey condo and moved them out of the "duck shed".

Went to see Lion King on $5 Tuesday with free popcorn. We enjoyed the show.

We had 10 ducklings hatched, this time we put them in the "duck shed" so the cats (or whatever) won't eat them. They are so doggone cute.
Happy 22nd birthday Galadriel. We went out to a Mexican restaurant and then came home for ice cream cake.

Moving the 101 chicks (1 died) out to their new condo in the "duck shed"

This is one way to haul a hose.
Probably not the way anyone else hauls one.
 Next was belt testing.

How many does it take to put on a new belt and ninja head wrap?

The 3 stooges have earned their first degree black belt recommended (black/red belt). They've worked hard. I now have 5 training for first degree and a 2nd degree black belt. I feel safe.
