Squirrel hunting
Preparing for hunting season. Shooting practice. This time they were using clay pigeons.

Merry has been competing in virtual tournaments. Often we wait and wait.... so some Sweet Martha's (recipe) cookies help bide the time. We've been studying states with Marigold and Kili and we make recipes (and snacks) particular to the states. Sweet Martha's cookies are from Minnesota... and delicious.

Biding time at Taekwondo. Now that things are tightening up again, we can't wait in the building. The good news is that we won't have to be waiting as us color belts will just train from home which means no masks.
Waiting in line for a fish fry, very famous in Wisconsin. First states we studied were Minnesota and Wisconsin.  We tried a couple fish fries. Both were so good there was no way to compare.
Working on the finishing touches on the new windows.

We had over 5-1/2 inches in  a very short time period. We were so glad it wasn't snow. We might have been buried until spring! :)

My photos posted in reverse order again... however this little kitten had climbed up into my car. I took it for a drive to drop off Rosie at work and got back. No harm to the kitten. Bilbo pulled him/her (?) out when I got back after he couldn't find the stupid kitten while I was gone.

Scaffolding at church is finally coming down!
Kili now is training out of tigers and in with the beginners (white, orange, yellow belts). At his next test he will earn either orange, yellow, or camo belt depending on his tiger skill level.

With supposed rise in either covid tests or cases (hard to tell true numbers since people don't know how to count), Costco removed their tables. Also people who can't wear masks for health reasons must wear a shield. Signs of the times.

Poppy makes a delicious puff pancake! It's so good!

Merry also brought in a squirrel. The boys really enjoy cooking them up. Not my cup of tea but it does keep the food bills down.
