Kili's Auntie B wanted to host a boy birthday party for Kili's FIFTH birthday (yikes, how'd he get to be FIVE???), so at it we went. It was AWESOME!! First are a few pictures of the various bits and pieces.

The boys' quest was going to end in a crusader's rosary.
The banner we forgot to carry on the quest... oops! :D

The boys received the first leg of the quest....
After they solved the "riddle" they found themselves bounding up to the chapel.
Here Sir Bilbo knighted them and they received their swords and shields.
Next clue, to a little house....
Just how many boys can you cram into a little house?
At each stop they found a bead attached to a colored stick. They put these into bags.
Next clue was at the chicken house.
Next was by Beasty the ram.

Crusaders on a quest
Next were clues in the cherry trees
Next the quest brought us to the barn where the dragon lived.
They had to kill the dragon (pop all the balloons with their swords... or stomp them), see video below
The quest ended back in the chapel
each boy received a gift
Now it was time to assemble their crusader rosary with all the pieces they found on their quest.
