2023 - New York trip - Part 2

 

We took a tour of the Creamery which is a lovely museum now, but formerly was the place where people would pick up their milk. That said, when I was a child growing up here, it was just a very old building. Nice to see it has been spruced up and given a "job" so to speak.

They had alot of old historical information on Mandana, which is the area of Skaneateles that we lived in.

There is Mandana! :)

Meanwhile back home and yonder was some goat butchering lessons going on.

On our way home from NY, we stopped at Niagara Falls

just for a quick jaunt to the falls.

Merry went into Canada.... because he could.

I didn't because the 4 younger ones didn't have their birth certificates along.

We stayed in South Bend, IN on the way home and attended a lovely FSSP Mass.
