Pentecost and Mary Mediatrix of Grace

Breathe in me, O Holy Ghost that my thoughts may all be holy.

Act in me, O Holy Ghost, that my work, too, may be holy. 

Draw my heart, O Holy Ghost, that I love but what is holy. 

Strengthen me, O Holy Ghost, to defend all that is holy. 

Guard me, then, O Holy Ghost, that I always may be holy.

 For Pentecost we had an absolutely beautiful Solemn High Mass.

 O Holy Spirit, descend plentifully into my 

heart.  Enlighten the dark corners of this 

neglected  dwelling and scatter there 

Thy cheerful beams.

Mary, Mediatrix of Grace

How can She be otherwise than full of grace?

She who has been made the ladder to Paradise, 

the gate of Heaven and the most true Mediatrix

between God and man?

Prayer to Mary Mediatrix

Maternal Refuge, O Queen of the Universe and Mediator between God and
men; Mother of love, sorrow, and mercy; Consolation and Refuge of all our
hopes; although Thine heart be broken by such contempt and outrages,
deign still to be propitious to us. Obtain for us, unworthy and ungrateful
sons, we pray Thee, with great faith and filial confidence, the grace to be
delivered from sin, which kills souls and leads the world to ruin.

O clement and merciful Mother, we acknowledge having crowned with thorns
Thy Divine Son, Jesus, our Redeemer, and having torn by countless injuries Thy
tender Heart. Therefore, we deserve the scourges of Divine Justice; but now
repentant, we invoke Thy protection and Thine help, hiding in Thy Maternal
Heart, the only shelter in the whirlwind that has ravaged the world.
With prayer for our salvation, accept favorably our fervent supplication to
repair for so many offenses that are committed at all hours of the day and
night by Thine ungrateful sons, so that, enlightened and attracted by Thy
Maternal Love, they, too, might find refuge and salvation .
O Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, Mother of God, our Mother and
Mediatrix, Thou who art All-powerful with God and who wants our salvation;
in this sad and dark time that overwhelms this miserable tormented humanity,
among increasing and threatening forces of evil, we beseech Thee with all
our Faith, to let the Light of Thy Maternal Love descend on the world, and
particularly to the unfaithful hearts and those hardened by sin, so that
united as in one heart and one soul, in faith and love of the Divine Heart of
Jesus, we may sing over all the earth the triumph of Thy Maternal Mercy.
