Board breaks
Frodo was required to break a brown board with a punch and one with a kick. He did an ax kick, I think it was called.
Then he was asked to break black boards.
They concluded with conditioning exercises while the panel made their decisions
Awesome job, Frodo! Black Belt First Degree!
Really, he IS THRILLED!
