2019-June 18-28

Good bye Europe! Sad for me, joyous occasion for Tom. Guess who the traveler really is? :)

At the neighbor's visiting the sick - they had chicken pox and wanted company. And yes, they have a pet possum... *no kidding*
She touched it! She touched it! *shudder*
Our stash of chocolate brought home from Italy and Switzerland. I think the best chocolate we had on the trip was the cheapest bar from the grocery store in Switzerland.
 Kute Kiddies and Kittens

Remember lightening bugs in a jar? Well, that's what my littles are up to. We googled and to have them live longer (ever so slightly longer) you put in a piece of apple. My kids will never know what it is to be childishly ignorant... as a child or adult!

Moving the turkeys out of the porch and into the "duck shed" as we call the lean to on the barn.

Marigold was intrigued by this carrot at the farmer's market
This cat seemingly has a litter every 2 months... *seemingly*
I'm not a cat person but these little ones are so cute. It's a change of pace since this mother often ate her kittens... seriously.
In that pooling of water lies a pig... wallowing. It's his favorite spot. The mud pits are always browner and muddier on the other side of the fence.

Summer time means s'more time. (though actually I never quite have enough time, nevermind some more time... haha)

Cloaks never go out of fashion around here as Lord of the Rings never does either.

 Sand mermaid
A new vestment gifted to Fr. Rick from the Latin Mass Society of Madison.  That's Fr. Z showing it to us. It was part of the "Bishop Morlino Memorial set". This one has Fr. Rick's coat of arms on it. It was beautiful.
A day out with my girls. We went to the early Mass, ate breakfast at Denny's, wasted time window shopping and then went to the play Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (I love the movie... so cute)

It might be noted, try as we might, 7 people cannot fit inside one of these photo booths, not even just a part of a head...
 Toot Sweets!
(Remember Whistle Pops? They really are Toot Sweets)

The play overall was pretty good, but trying to force characters to represent a certain agenda gets annoying. Just wanted to enjoy a good play.
 I know... incredible!
My boys are the most creatively lazy efficient characters. Did you even consider using a leaf blower to blow up a beach ball... albeit a very oversized beach ball.

The day finally arrived to go see the American Players Theater production of 12th Night! It was fabulous. I laughed so incredibly hard.

'Nuff of that, someone has got reading to do, not a moment to waste!

As usual, first ones at the theater... and most other places, too.
There was an emergency so the show had to be stopped for about 1/2 hour. Someone was taken out by ambulance. Not sure why.
 Watchin' the clouds roll in.
On my way to Mass I had a hitch hiker.
