 Another day the peacock was sited at our window standing on the "guano garden"

 The day before the Blue Blood Lunar Eclipse moon, it was gloriously clear. So this day it was cloudy. We saw this tiny glimpse on our way to Mass.

 Here is a neat snitched picture!

And for those who missed it... check out this video. The eclipse in 1 minute.

 Entering the church we had the Blessed Sacrament Exposed.. much better than any moon...
 Frodo has been in Ecuador and his cow had a calf on a VERY cold and windy morning so Sam carried it into the barn. Since he/she was born on the Feast of St. Ignatius I'm calling him/her "Iggy"

 Marigold and Kili asked me to take this posed picture of them at battle.

Feast of the Purification and Presentation... and Candlemas
And after the days of her purification, according to the law of Moses, were accomplished, they carried him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord: As it is written in the law of the Lord: Every male opening the womb shall be called holy to the Lord: And to offer a sacrifice, according as it is written in the law of the Lord, a pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
Now thou dost dismiss thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word in peace;
Because my eyes have seen thy salvation,
Which thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples:
A light to the revelation of the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

 Candlemas
 We had an incredible choir from Eau Claire - Schola Cantorum.  They were the nicest people, too! So joyful and grateful! They sang a Palestrina Mass and afterwards gave a concert.  AND they sang the 2 motets that our Pontifical Choir sang.  It was a glorious experience!

The Bishop's mitre was coated in jewels. Sam was the mitre bearer and said it was really heavy! :D

You can see some really great photos HERE

Here is a recording I made of the awesome schola

Thank you so much Schola Cantorum of Eau Claire! TRULY DELIGHTFUL!
