Being that we had a big breakfast and a big late lunch no one was much hungry for a big dinner so we had a bit of a snacky supper while we enjoyed watching Miss Potter recommended by Elizabeth of Real Learning.
I'm not much of a movie person or perhaps I should say I just don't like most movies much any more but this one about the life of Beatrix Potter is charming.
To prepare for the movie we read Beatrix Potter book after book.
Pippin and Bilbo. I'm not sure what captured their attention I just thought it was cute that Pippin actually sat still long enough to hold his baby brother.
