We've been working on perfecting our Chicago Trinity Acres Style Stuffed Pizza. There is a tad of sugar in this so if you are sugar free you can substitute honey instead and just use less liquid. One bit of a key is to par-bake the bottom crust. (gooey crust is soooo gross...)
Lots of veggies and meat....
.... and mozzerella cheese.
Tom with the last 1/3 of the dough and seal.
Top with either tomato sauce or tomato paste... I usually do paste. Bake in a pre-heated 500 degree over for 15 minutes, then turn down to 400 for another 30 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
