This week we made the Butterscotch Cookies. These were absolutely delicious so I give them 5 stars. They are quite sweet, afterall they do have 2 cups of brown sugar! We were out of baking powder so we substituted with a combination of baking soda and cream of tartar. I liked the ones that are crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Galadriel liked the gooey ones
(*shudder*). This is another keeper recipe. I can't think of a single improvement but I suppose one could cut down a little on the sugar as they are very sweet.
